保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 BACH1 is a member of the DEAH helicase family that interacts with BRCA1, in vivo. BACH1 is a DNA-dependent ATPase and 5' to 3' DNA helicase required for the maintenance of chromosomal stability. BACH1 acts late in the Fanconi anemia pathway, after FANCD2 ubiquitination, and is involved in the repair of DNA double-strand breaks by homologous recombination in a manner that depends on its association with BRCA1. The BACH1/BRCA1 complex formation contributes to a key function of BRCA1. Therefore, it is likely that BACH1 is a target of germline cancer-inducing mutations.
Function : Transcriptional regulator that acts as repressor or activator. Binds, in-vitro, to NF-E2 binding sites. Play important roles in coordinating transcription activation and repression by MAFK.
Subcellular Location : Nucleus.
Similarity : Belongs to the bZIP family. CNC subfamily.
Contains 1 BTB (POZ) domain.
Contains 1 bZIP domain.
