保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 Post-transcriptional editing of apolipoprotein B (apoB) mRNA is regulated by This gene encodes a member of the cytidine deaminase enzyme family. The encoded protein forms a multiple-protein editing holoenzyme with APOBEC1 complementation factor (ACF) and APOBEC1 stimulating protein (ASP). This holoenzyme is involved in the editing of C-to-U nucleotide bases in apolipoprotein B and neurofibromatosis-1 mRNAs. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
Function : Catalytic component of the apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme complex which is responsible for the postranscriptional editing of a CAA codon for Gln to a UAA codon for stop in the APOB mRNA. Also involved in CGA (Arg) to UGA (Stop) editing in the NF1 mRNA.
Subunit : Homodimer. Part of the apolipoprotein B mRNA editing complex with A1CF. Found in a complex with CELF2/CUGBP2 and A1CF. Interacts with HNRPAB and SYNCRIP.
Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm.
Tissue Specificity : Expressed exclusively in the small intestine.
Similarity : Belongs to the cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase family.
