保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產品介紹 APOBEC2 is a 224 amino acid protein that belongs to the cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase family. Expressed exclusively in heart and skeletal muscle, APOBEC2 is thought to be a probable C (cytidine) to U (uridine) editing enzyme. However, unlike other members of the family, such as APOBEC1, which mediates the editing of apolipoprotein (apo) B mRNA, APOBEC2 does not display any detectable apoB mRNA editing activity. Also, APOBEC2 has been shown to have low, but definite, intrinsic cytidine deaminase activity.
Function : APOBEC2 belongs to the cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase family. It is probable C to U editing enzyme whose physiological substrate is not yet known. It does not display detectable apoB mRNA editing and has a low intrinsic cytidine deaminase activity.
Subunit : Homotetramer.
Tissue Specificity : Expressed exclusively in heart and skeletal muscle.
Similarity : Belongs to the cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase family.
